EFT Tidbit#1: Physical Issues

Picture1Very often you will find that when you get a physical problem like say indigestion, pain etc, fear comes up and the usual thoughts are –
What if this _____ aggravates?
What if this ____ prevents me from ____(going to office, finishing my work)
Why does this always happen?
I’m so fed up!

Tap on all these thoughts – acknowledging that you have these thoughts and feelings helps. Then tap on phrases such as” It’s okay” “It’s only temporary”, “I choose to let this feeling/thought go”.
