Welcome to EFT for Personal Peace Blog!

Personal Peace seems very illusive in this fast tracked  &  stress filled world.  I use the term Personal Peace to signify the importance of  resolved negative past emotions and resolvable present emotions and problems; making peace with past events and dealing with present events. This can only be done when one is in peace with oneself;  knowledge about self and acceptance of self promotes peaceful state of mind. Harmony between the knowledge of self and what one projects to the world is important because what one is and what one projects may not be the same.  It is not about right or wrong projection but the real peace and harmony comes when one is aware that there ‘may be’ or ‘there is’ a difference in internal and external projection of self.

EFT is a tool that can help us in dealing with past emotional problems  and  present emotional, physical, economical stressors thereby helping us to uncover and understand the self that lies beneath the layers of stress, anxiety, fear, delusion etc.
